We feel ourselves as the successors and debtors of our elders, who created an own cuisine around the grill.

The goal of Mendigoikoa is to enjoy the typical flavours and essences of the surroundings, of the traditional Basque cuisine, and based on that, all our arts are elaborated using local and seasonal ingredients.
